Thanks, Fritz. And the roundtable was relatively kind. I figured I was going to be lambasted by Greg, but it turned out Linda was the most critical. Et tu, Linda?

  1. Oh man at first I thought I was going to have to seriously defend Joe! 🙂 Whew!

  2. That’s awesome. Nice job on the title – you sucked me in for sure.

I haven’t listened to the Stacking Benjamins show yet, but I just heard Joe on an Afford Anything podcast and became intrigued. Looks like this show will be the first one I listen to – looking forward to it! Congrats on making the show!

Thanks, Jim. Yeah, if you get a chance, make Stacking Benjamins a part of your weekly routine. It really is a good show.

It’s about time! That air hockey table that you and OG spaz out on will look much better without the dark paneling. In all seriousness, though, Mrs. G and I are very flattered that you decided to use our tawdry post for the roundtable discussion. It sounded like the gang had a lot of fun with it. And Greg–the resident curmudgeon–sounded as if he almost liked it. Will wonders never cease! Thanks again, my friend. Give my regards to mom.

  3. Adding it to the playlist for the gym workout today 😉

Haha! That was my provocative way of promoting the episode. Thankfully the SB crew was pretty kind. Only Linda seemed to have a problem with my twisted take on opportunity. Thanks for stopping by, Matt. Always a pleasure hearing from you.

You’re moving on up. Woohoo. Congratulations. ^_^

BTW, I wasn’t trying to be hurtful on that one post, so I apologize that you were hurt, I guess I’m not sure how I can express an opinion and still be myself without hurting others?

It’s a delicate balance! Am truly not trying to hurt you! Promise.

No worries. I was just kidding. You know I love everything you have to say—especially when it points out a flaw in my thinking. We’re still buddies.

  5. Loved hearing your article on Stacking Benjamins! It’s always fun hearing articles from people you “know” on a podcast while driving to work.

Thank you, Liz. We got a kick out it too as we listened to it during our daily constitutional. It was kind of surreal. Fun—but surreal.
