Another day, another abject failure of our criminal justice system.

How about ending qualified immunity for DAs, judges, and parole board members? Or is accountability only for the grunts of the criminal justice system (i.e., the cops), not the higher-ups (i.e., those with law degrees and political connections)?

    If we don’t have a level playing field, then we have a two tier justice system. The whole system needs accountability and transparency.

    I’m all for judges releasing violent criminals with one proviso: the released criminal must live in the judges home for the next 12 months.
