Before I get to our Talking Trash episode, I want to show you some updated photos of Groovy Ranch.

Here’s a picture of the well-drilling equipment that arrived yesterday.

Here’s picture of the drywall on the kitchen side of the house.

Here’s a picture of the screened-in porch.

And here’s a picture of the front porch posts. So glad Terry decided to go with the 10-inch posts.

Finally, here’s the latest episode of Talking Trash. Have a great weekend. Peace.

  1. On my property we have 3 wells that provide amazing water (one to main house, one to guest house, and the other supplying our geothermal unit for heating and air conditioning (huge fan of geothermal as it makes use of constant water temp below ground).

It is definitely nice to have no water bill so I know you will enjoy that

  2. Glad to see you actually drinking the wine this time #wineisnotaprop. BTW Malbec is one of my favorite wines, so when we see you next, I’ll bring a bottle.

    1. Yes, no water bill! The well was dug and we got good pressure.

We were under semi-drought conditions in our last county and so we had a few restrictions, like how many days per week you can run sprinklers. But we tapped into the public water system there. I believe once you’ve got a well, you’re fine. I could be wrong. There’s a lot we’re going to have to learn.

    1. I’m not big on the taste of alcohol so I only like drinks that are a little on the fruity side, and not too dry.

Vivid Seats made good on the seats, and quickly too — after we called them out on Twitter.

    1. OK, I had to go and Google Touchdown Jesus. NOW I know what you’re talking about!

Ha! I didn’t have to call but I lit a fire under Mr. Groovy to call Vivid Seats out on Twitter. It worked. All is resolved now.
