Did the Supreme Court of the 50s and 60s usher in historic defeats for state rights? Southern whites didn’t lose anything that was rightfully theirs with the dismantling of Jim Crow. Likewise, blacks today aren’t losing anything that is rightfully theirs with the dismantling of Woke Crow.

The march of woke tyranny continues. First, they came for free speech. No one can say anything that offends the sensibilities of the woke. Then they came for due process. In a campus tribunal, a woman’s accusation is worth ten times as much as a man’s proclamation of innocence. And now they’re coming for equal protection of the law. The feelings of the arbitrarily designated oppressees trump the rights of the arbitrarily designated oppressors.
