It took me two years, but Billy Bob is finally done. Now I just have to get this clanking monstrosity attached to my front lawn.

P.S. I’m reading War and Peace, and I had no idea how many Francophiles were in the Russian aristocracy. I also understand now why I had a history professor in college who routinely quipped that English is the language and business and French is the language of diplomacy.

Not yet. Next year, though, I might open the Groovy Welding Shop. We’ll see. Mrs Groovy has complete veto power on any commercial enterprise.
did you keep a running costs of this project? I would imagine the materials were pretty costly! Nice job.
Great question. I’ll put the numbers together for a future post (perhaps by the end of May). Just off the top of my head, I’m thinking around $2,000 in metal and welding supplies. How many man-hours? At two hours a day for 200 days per year, we’re talking around 800 hours. But we’ll know for sure shortly. Thanks for stopping by, my friend. Cheers.
